Role Overview:
As a Project Management Trainee, you will assist in planning, executing, and closing projects under the guidance of senior project managers. You will gain hands-on experience in managing real-world projects and coordinating with multiple teams.
Educational Requirements:
Diploma (DET) in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
Key Skills:
- Project Planning & Coordination
- Communication & Team Collaboration
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic Knowledge of SAP / MS Project (Preferred)
- Time Management & Organization
- Problem-Solving Skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Organize project kick-off meetings with stakeholders
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and plans
- Conduct regular review meetings to track timelines
- Act as a single point of contact for customers
- Coordinate with design, site, and commercial teams
- Manage project documentation and compliance
- Support cost management and budget tracking
- Arrange inspections as per project requirements
- Ensure smooth project execution and closure
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of SAP
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
