Role Overview:
As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for portfolio reconciliation, financial data analysis, and supporting investment operations. You will work closely with portfolio managers, clients, and custodial banks to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth operations.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in:
- BBA (Business Administration)
- B.Com (Commerce)
- Finance
- Economics
- Or any related field

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform reconciliation of investment portfolios
- Compare cash balances, transactions, and securities data
- Identify and investigate discrepancies
- Coordinate with clients and banks for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Support automation and manual reconciliation processes
- Stay updated with securities industry trends
- Assist team members and participate in training programs
Technical Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of reconciliation platforms (SimCorp, Aladdin, Bloomberg)
- Understanding of securities instruments and settlements
- Familiarity with banking processes
