Role Overview:-
As an LMS Administrator Apprentice, you will support the administration of SymphonyAI’s learning management systems, including Docebo LMS. You will handle user accounts, customer support tickets, reporting, course setup, documentation, and process improvements.

Key Skills:-
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of LMS platforms
- Familiarity with Docebo LMS is preferred
- Basic SQL / Database knowledge
- Basic HTML/CSS
- Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or AICC is an advantage

- Investigate and resolve user-related LMS issues
- Manage CRM support tickets and mailbox requests
- Provide helpdesk support to learners and administrators
- Assist with LMS page redesign and system improvements
- Prepare quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports
- Review AI-generated LMS data for accuracy
- Assist with course and training material setup
- Create and maintain SOPs and Knowledge Base Articles
- Collaborate with IT teams to automate processes
- Support learning content management and documentation
Preferred Skills:-
