- Conduct benchmarking studies and proof-of-concept analyses
- Monitor product adoption and customer usage patterns
- Assess content and metadata quality
- Build scalable reporting and analytics processes
- Translate complex analysis into executive-level recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and quality
- Support strategic and ad-hoc analytics projects
- Continuously improve reporting automation and analytical methodologies
