📌Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing Quality management system (IATF16949) in accordance with corporate requirements.
• Support for conducting internal audits as per IATF 16949 requirements.
• Assist in preparation of control plans and other quality documents required by IATF 16949 standard.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives in production area using lean tools like Kaizen, SIX SIGMA etc.
• Conducts regular meetings with all team members to align objectives and ensure smooth functioning of the team.
• Maintains open communication channels within the team and across departments to ensure collaboration and alignment.
• Provides support in organizing training sessions and workshops for the team members.
• Monitors performance of team members and provides feedback and guidance to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures related to quality management.
• Performs other duties as assigned by superior.
