Qualifications:-
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication
- B.E. / M.E. in relevant engineering disciplines
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
- MCA (Master of Computer Applications)
- MBA (with specialization in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or Technology Management)
Required Skills & Experience:-
- 8–10 years of experience in Data Engineering and advanced analytics roles.
- Hands-on expertise with Databricks, Azure, and familiarity with big data platforms (GCP, Cloudera).
- Strong experience with Python, PySpark, and exposure to TecDoc or product data in the automotive domain.
- Industry experience with Agile development and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in working with databases such as Oracle, AWS S3.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools: Power BI, Shiny, or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Drive analytics initiatives end-to-end, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Apply structured software engineering principles including version control (Git), CI/CD, automated testing, and peer code reviews.
- Design, build, and optimize scalable and reliable data pipelines in Databricks, Azure Cloud, and other big data environments.
- Develop and maintain high-performance data models tailored for analytics and business intelligence.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, validate outcomes, and deliver actionable insights.
- Create interactive and user-friendly dashboards using Power BI, Shiny (Python/R), or similar visualization tools.
