Role Overview:-
As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will support Adobe’s Third-Party Risk Management and Partner Compliance program by conducting risk-based due diligence, monitoring compliance activities, managing compliance workflows, and driving process improvements.
You will work closely with Sales Operations, Engineering, Finance, and other stakeholders to identify risks, improve data quality, and ensure sales partners comply with Adobe’s policies and standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Conduct risk-based due diligence on new and existing sales partners
- Assess partner risks against internal compliance frameworks
- Perform compliance reviews and operational investigations
- Define and monitor risk mitigation controls
- Track compliance issues through remediation and closure
- Manage CRM and compliance screening tool issues
- Coordinate issue resolution with Engineering and Sales Operations teams
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM and finance data quality
- Streamline reporting processes and introduce automation
- Maintain compliance dashboards and executive reports
- Track and report operational performance metrics
- Provide risk-based recommendations to business stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of Adobe’s Partner Compliance program
Preferred Skills:-
- Experience with CRM and compliance screening platforms
- Knowledge of channel sales and distribution partner programs
- Understanding of partner tiers and incentive structures
- Knowledge of Deal Registration and MDF
- Familiarity with anti-corruption frameworks
- Knowledge of sanctions and third-party compliance
