Role Overview:-
- As a Customer Service Analyst (T3-I), you will deliver outstanding service to our premium and high-value customers by resolving requests related to Membership Rewards, Reconciliation, Account Maintenance, Credit Balance Refunds, Card Issuance, Financial Adjustments, and Disputes.
- You will play a vital role in ensuring first-contact resolution and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Minimum Qualifications:-
- Graduate degree with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Prior experience working with the US market.
- Knowledge of Membership Rewards, Reconciliation, Account Maintenance, and Credit Bureau queries preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- High level of customer sensitivity, service orientation, and result orientation.
- Ability to make independent decisions and meet stringent deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in process improvement or workflow management.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle customer requests including Membership Rewards, Reconciliation, Account Maintenance, Credit Bureau queries, Refunds, and Adjustments.
- Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Conduct root cause analysis of customer correspondence and recommend process improvements.
- Manage customer disputes, written inquiries, and service requests with precision and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
- Suggest workflow improvements to enhance customer experience and drive efficiency.
- Consistently meet individual productivity targets and contribute toward team goals.
