Qualifications:-
- MBA or equivalent experience (Business, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
- Strong background in data modeling (logical, conceptual, physical), data governance, and data quality management.
- Knowledge of data governance platforms, methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
Experience:-
- Minimum 5 years in data stewardship, data governance, or a related field.
- Experience in data management or data processing.
- Financial services industry experience is a plus.
Skills Required:-
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL; Python experience is a plus.
- Skilled in data management/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Familiarity with data governance platforms (Aha!, ServiceNow).
- Knowledge of cloud-based databases (e.g., Snowflake).
- Experience with CRM platforms; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:-
Data Governance & Quality:
- Apply robust governance controls to ensure data quality.
- Monitor data health and implement quality metrics.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and address data deficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Data Management:
- Maintain, cleanse, and update client records in CRM systems.
- Research information from various data sources to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal client support teams to design data structures that reflect client asset pools.
- Link client data across multiple systems for consistency.
Process Improvement & Efficiency:
- Identify process improvement opportunities from ideation to implementation.
- Work with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design and deliver data products.
Quality Assurance:
- Test new CRM features to ensure functionality and accuracy.
- Identify and report defects for resolution.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with stakeholders across BlackRock to prioritize data governance initiatives.
- Maintain timely and efficient data management in an agile environment.
