Role Overview:-
- The Business Analyst will manage and deliver IT Asset Management services to enterprise clients.
- This role involves customer engagement, stakeholder communication, data analytics, and reporting to ensure accurate asset tracking and lifecycle management.
Qualification:-
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required)
Skills Required:-
- 4+ years customer engagement experience (Minimum 2 years relevant)
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
- Advanced Excel proficiency (Mandatory)
- Data analytics knowledge (Strongly Preferred)
- Report generation (Excel / Power BI)
- Strong project & time management
- Positive attitude & ownership mindset
Key Responsibilities:-
- Act as the single point of contact for client stakeholders regarding asset data
- Manage, reconcile, and improve Installed Base (IB) data
- Onboard new customers and analyze data from multiple sources
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in asset lifecycle activities (MACD)
- Generate and present reports using Excel / BI dashboards
- Support recurring revenue by ensuring IB accuracy Lead client calls and business reviews
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivery excellence
