Role Overview:
As an Associate Analyst in the ELE ISU Preboarding team, you will support employee onboarding processes, manage HR operations tasks, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth preboarding activities for new hires.
Educational Requirements:
MBA (HR) or
Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- Commerce
- Management
- Or related field
Key Skills:
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- HR Operations & Preboarding Knowledge
- Data Validation & Reconciliation
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Multitasking & Time Management
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end preboarding activities for new hires
- Process employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors, SAP, etc.)
- Validate and reconcile employee data across systems
- Review onboarding documents and ensure completeness
- Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion
- Maintain reports, trackers, and documentation
- Follow SOPs and ensure compliance with HR processes
- Escalate issues, delays, or discrepancies when required
- Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HR systems (SAP HR, HCM, SuccessFactors)
- Exposure to HR shared services or onboarding processes
- Understanding of employee lifecycle management
