Job Description:-

HSBC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Data & Digital Solutions to act as a key liaison between business, operations, and technology teams.
The role focuses on delivering a new digital platform for Securities Services, ensuring high-quality business requirements, process optimization, and digital transformation.

Preferred Qualifications:-

CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA certification
Experience in digital platforms and data-driven solutions

Required Experience & Skills:-

6–8 years of experience in business analysis and process implementation
4–5 years of Securities Services domain experience
Strong expertise in writing business requirements for financial systems
Hands-on experience with BPMN, UML, MS Visio, MS Project
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite

Key Responsibilities:-

Act as a liaison between Technology, Operations, and Business teams
Lead requirement gathering using process modelling, use cases, and BRDs
Support development of a digital marketplace platform for Securities Services
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve digital products
Translate business needs into technical and operational solutions
Identify automation and transformation opportunities
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create test scenarios/scripts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful platform delivery
