Role Overview:-
As an Intern at JLL Technologies, you will support facility and soft services operations at the client location. You will gain practical experience in vendor coordination, service quality monitoring, client communication, reporting, and facility management.

- Assist in monitoring cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and catering services
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with soft service vendors and contractors
- Assist with service schedules and contractor access
Client Relations
- Support communication with clients
- Respond to client queries and service requests
- Prepare client presentations and meeting materials
- Participate in client walkthroughs and feedback sessions
Administrative Support
- Maintain service records and documentation
- Support day-to-day facility operations
Learning & Development
- Shadow experienced facility management professionals
- Participate in team meetings and training programs
