Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or Masters degree with 1-5 years of experience
- 4 to 8 years of experience in software engineering with proficiency in either one of Python, Ruby on rails, or Go
- Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience mentoring and guiding team members on code quality and system design
- Exposure to using LLMs and AI agents for coding
- Experience with Containerization and devops techniques to deploy the solutions to Kubernetes/Cloud
