- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM development and support.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts including:
- Match and Merge
- Survivorship Rules
- Data Modeling
- Data Quality Management
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in SQL Server and/or Oracle.
- Programming experience in Java and/or Python.
- Experience with ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, GenAI, and automation technologies.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support Informatica MDM solutions.
- Configure and maintain MDM functionalities including Match/Merge, Survivorship Rules, Hierarchies, and Data Models.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and integrations.
- Support data quality management, governance, and master data initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve MDM, integration, and data quality issues.
- Develop and support ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, or similar technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement effective data solutions.
- Contribute to AI/GenAI-driven automation and data management initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to data governance standards, best practices, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
