About the Role
As an Associate, you will provide support to these role-based programs within Deloitte Greenhouse under Client, Strategy & Growth, Client Relationship Development. The Salesforce Analyst is a key member of the Client Experience Center, part of a team driving analytical and data management rigor for Deloitte Greenhouse multi-client events.
Working closely with US-based event leads as assigned, your role includes timely Salesforce data entry and management, report and dashboard creation, and consulting with event teams on data usage and outcomes. This role requires extreme attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with minimal guidance.
- Understanding Deloitte Greenhouse data capture, maintenance, storage, and systems of record, providing consultative platform expertise to event teams
- Displaying expert knowledge of Deloitte Greenhouse measurement standards, methods, technology, and tools
- Enabling various teams with data entry and management
- Developing and delivering Salesforce reports and dashboards, providing proactive insights from data
- Collaborating with the Deloitte Greenhouse Salesforce team to enable communication and other Salesforce automation workflows.
- Supporting high-quality data stewardship through meticulous data entry and analysis practices
- Engaging in regular communication with and reporting to the team on project or task progress
