Qualifications

Job Description
Seeking a Junior Site Reliability Engineer with 0–2 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for engineers who are interested in cloud-native technologies, system reliability, and observability, and are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with senior engineers and development teams to support the reliability, monitoring, and performance of distributed cloud-based applications.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Support monitoring and reliability efforts for HPE Networking SASE products
- Contribute to setting up and maintaining dashboards and alerts using tools like Prometheus and Grafana
- Monitor application health and respond to alerts
- Troubleshooting of production issues and contribute to identifying root causes
- Participate in incident management activities and adhere to standard response processes
- Analysing data from monitoring tools to identify trends and potential issues
- Support maintenance of Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications to ensure high availability of cloud based applications
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application behaviour in production
- Participate in on-call rotations
