Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, VYOND, Canva, Articulate storyline 360)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience designing for web and mobile.
- Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge
- Proficiencies in MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sharp business acumen
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
About the Role:
Meesho is looking for a talented Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong visual aesthetic and a passion for creating compelling designs across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to effectively communicate and engage our audience
Duties and responsibilities:
- Will assist in developing and implementing new training tools and materials and will take on the full responsibility of training material &updates to ensure that the most current information, tools and resources are available and in use.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and other teams to ensure design alignment with organization strategy and objectives.
- Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and effectiveness.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist in the production of video content and animations as needed.
- Develop training program based on skills, knowledge, information, and attitude gaps of a targeted audience
