Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors / 4+ years of university degree
- 3+ years of business experience in analytics projects in Business Intelligence space
- Experience on handling BIG Data/ Cloud Data Structures for Ad-Hoc Analysis
- In-depth/project knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau/Power BI, etc.
- Good knowledge round Descriptive Business Analytics techniques like Hypothesis testing, Clustering, Segmentation etc.
- Good understanding of analytics tools: R, Python and BI tools
- Demonstrated solid problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and within a team in a deadline driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to take responsibility and deliver projects
- Very good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work on business analysis requests around different business problems
- Creating analytical findings for the internal clients of UHG as per specifications received from them using information in UHG Specific databases
- Interact with the business users to understand their requirements
- Perform quality checks on the reports and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before sending it across to the clients both internal and external
- End to end experience in designing and deploying reports/ Dashboard/ data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
