Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

Program Coordination:

• Coordinate and schedule training programs, ensuring seamless communication between trainers and learners.
• Manage calendar blocking, send reminders, track attendance, and collect feedback for all learning sessions.

Learning Support:

• Facilitate a smooth learning experience by providing comprehensive support for all learning-related activities, both in-class and online.
• Assist with logistical arrangements, including setting up virtual classrooms, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all materials are prepared and distributed.

Vendor Management:

• Oversee vendor relationships, including onboarding new vendors, managing contracts, and handling the payment process.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments and maintain records of all transactions.
