About the Role:-
- The Junior Analyst – Banking Operations will play a key role in supporting merchant onboarding, pricing requests, and payment gateway (PG) activations.
- This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates interested in banking operations, payments, and fintech, offering exposure to cross-functional collaboration and process optimization.
Educational Requirements:-
- B.Com / BBA (2025 pass-out or equivalent).
- Internship experience in Banking, Operations, or KYC is a plus.
Skills & Competencies Required:-
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills with ability to build rapport with banking partners.
- High attention to detail with a process-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn banking operations in a fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Act as a point of contact (POC) for merchant activations, merchant special pricing requests, sales priority requests, and sales request forms for account/payment method activations in PG.
- Gain and apply a basic understanding of PG products and features.
- Understand pricing structures for PG products, manage special pricing arrangements, and drive TID allocation accordingly.
- Conduct website screenings and engage in merchant calling as needed.
- Consistently achieve Turnaround Time (TAT) targets.
- Manage Terminal Procurement / STB cases with >90% success rate.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives in alignment with company goals.
- Own and execute end-to-end cost queries internally, cross-functionally, and with banking partners.
