Role Overview:-
As a Culture & Engagement Trainee, you will work closely with the HR Business Partnering (HRBP) team to design and execute employee engagement initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR operations, internal communications, and employee experience programs.
Educational Requirements:-
• Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline)
• BBA / B.Com / BA
• MBA / PGDM (HR or related field)
• Specialization in HR / Organizational Behaviour / Communications (Preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Plan and execute employee engagement programs such as events, townhalls, and recognition initiatives
• Manage end-to-end coordination and logistics for engagement activities
• Develop and manage internal communication strategies
• Draft and publish employee communications across channels
• Coordinate with HR, Admin, Marketing, and business teams
• Maintain engagement calendars and track deliverables
• Support employee experience programs across lifecycle stages
• Collect and analyze employee feedback for improvements
• Prepare reports and track engagement metrics
Experience & Skills Required:-
• Freshers or candidates with internship/project experience can apply
• Exposure to HR, event management, or coordination roles is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
