Job Summary:-
- The Technical Support Advisory role involves providing technical subject matter expertise to frontline engineers and delivery partners, ensuring technical readiness, process compliance, and delivery excellence.
- The position focuses on enabling teams to resolve complex technical issues across Microsoft products and services, contributing to superior customer outcomes and promoting technical growth within the organization.
Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Business Leadership AND 3+ years of experience in system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting, or technical troubleshooting
- OR 4+ years of equivalent experience in these areas
- 3+ years of prior product, customer support, or technical support experience
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to meet Microsoft and customer security screening requirements
Key Responsibilities:-
- Team Readiness & Development: Ensure timely case resolution by driving engineer readiness based on skills-gap analysis and product needs
- Case Management: Perform case reviews and customer wellness checks; ensure process compliance and progression of cases to address complex technical issues
- Collaborative Activities: Mentor engineers for effective cross-team collaboration and cross-technology support
- Supportability Initiatives: Contribute to customer self-help and volume deflection through troubleshooting guides and readiness content
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to provide product and process improvement feedback
Additional Information:-
- Security Screening: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements is mandatory. This includes passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire or transfer, and every two years thereafter.
