Job Summary:-
- The Onboarding Specialist will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for North America (NAM) customers, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and smooth asset connectivity.
- This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and supporting customers during software installation for asset monitoring.
Required Education:-
- Graduate in any technical discipline
Required Technical Skills:-
- Basic understanding of operating systems: Windows, Linux, VMware
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and connectivity concepts
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage complete onboarding for NAM customers (USA & Canada)
- Initiate and monitor customer communication via email and phone within defined timelines
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to engage customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure compliance with global onboarding standards
- Guide customers through asset connectivity steps and provide basic troubleshooting support for software setup
