Job Summary:-
- The Member Technical Staff position involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications across full-stack technologies including Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, Flutter, and workflow automation tools, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- 2–4 years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA)
- Hands-on experience with React and Angular for front-end development
- Experience with Flutter for mobile application development
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Camunda, Activiti, JBPM)
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and build tools (Maven/Gradle)
Preferred Skills:-
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and maintain Java-based backend services using Spring Boot and related frameworks
- Design and build responsive front-end applications using React and Angular
- Create cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
- Design, manage, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Configure and integrate workflow engines such as Camunda, Activiti, and JBPM based on BPMN 2.0
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance optimization of applications
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Work within Agile/Scrum development processes
