Job Description:-
- The APAC Revenue Analytics Associate will play a key role in supporting insights and analyses that drive membership and revenue growth in India and the wider APAC region.
- This role requires a self-starter with strong analytical skills, business intuition, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to stakeholders. Occasional travel to Netflix offices in the USA and Singapore may be required.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree with quantitative coursework (STEM, Economics, Finance preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in analytical & strategy roles (business analytics, tech strategy, or similar).
- Proficiency in MS Excel & SQL.
- Experience building quantitative models and writing complex SQL queries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (Google Slides, MS PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze large datasets from multiple sources independently.
- High intellectual curiosity, discipline, and flexibility.
- Preferred: knowledge of APAC markets, streaming, or tech industry.
Preferred Skills (Optional):-
- Additional coding or technical skills: Python, VBA, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:-
- Support strategic analyses to understand drivers of membership and revenue growth.
- Assess business decisions like price changes, content launches, and product innovations.
- Research, track, and generate insights on membership growth landscape and competitor moves.
- Contribute to in-region pricing decisions by compiling internal and external intelligence.
- Collect cross-functional inputs to support revenue and membership forecasts.
- Help centralize and standardize revenue performance reporting, identifying best practices across regions.
