Required Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Six Sigma Certification — Green Belt or higher (Lean Certification preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Service Delivery, or Operational Excellence
  • Strong experience in leading successful Lean/Six Sigma projects
  • Experience working in healthcare, managed care, or technical support environments
  • Hands-on experience with Kaizen tools: 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, PDCA, Pareto Analysis, etc.
  • Ability to work aligned to US daytime hours and US flexible holidays

Skills & Competencies:-

  • In-depth understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM, and service management best practices
  • Familiarity with Service Desk/Helpdesk operations
  • Strong skills in data analysis with structured/semi-structured datasets
  • Expertise in data visualization using platforms such as:
  • Power BI
  • Tableau
  • Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and enterprise ticketing tools
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Proven experience in driving change within cross-functional and dynamic environments

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and implement Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) and Continuous Improvement Plans (CIPs) based on operational assessments and service level reviews
  • Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and enhance service quality
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and training sessions to foster continuous improvement mindset
  • Analyze business processes and key performance metrics to identify actionable improvement opportunities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement operational solutions and monitor business outcomes
  • Coach and mentor operational teams and Six Sigma practitioners on improvement methodologies
  • Create and maintain documentation for improvement initiatives, results, and best practices
  • Support strategic planning activities including capacity alignment, SME deployment, and coaching models
  • Develop dashboards and reports for data visualization using tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Follow organizational policies and participate in workplace flexibility arrangements as business needs evolve
