Job Summary:-
- The Technical & Business Operations Analyst handles incidents and service requests from customers and end-users by following standard methods and procedures.
- The role involves ticket analysis, issue triaging, production support, and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Experience writing software code in at least one programming language
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and development
- Prior experience in Production Support / Application Support
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:-
- Analyze tickets, service interruptions, and triage issues to relevant teams for resolution
- Ensure all required ticket information is available (e.g., error screenshots, customer ID)
- Utilize existing knowledge base and documentation for first-level resolution of recurring issues
- Manage ticket queues, assign tickets to other teams, and follow up to meet SLA targets
- Escalate and resolve incidents within agreed SLA while providing professional customer support
- Maintain quality checklists, progress tracking, and follow standard operating procedures
- Ensure seamless handover between shifts and monitor SLA achievement, including KPI tracking
- Validate, verify, and correct system artifacts (reports, bills, event records) and document errors
- Perform basic software operations, including running jobs, configurations, backups, and installations
- Handle fallouts from applications, manual billing requests, payment processing, and miscellaneous activities
