Role Overview:-
Siemens is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its data-driven Customer Success & Sales Analytics team. This role focuses on transforming SaaS customer data into actionable insights through dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics products to reduce churn and drive expansion opportunities.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or SaaS analytics roles
- Strong SQL experience and exposure to Snowflake or similar cloud platforms
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or CRM Analytics
- Python skills for data analysis and manipulation
- Experience with ETL processes and dashboard development
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:-
- Salesforce CRM, Gainsight, or Certinia experience
- Knowledge of dbt, Alteryx, Tableau Prep
- Pandas and Python data libraries
- SaaS customer success or product analytics background
- Salesforce or Tableau certifications
- Experience working with global teams and US time zones
Key Responsibilities:-
- Create insightful dashboards for Sales and Customer Success teams
- Build and maintain data pipelines from multiple data sources
- Manage dashboard security, governance, and user access
- Cleanse, transform, and validate data for high-quality analytics
- Develop customer health warning systems to identify at-risk customers
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to operationalize analytical models
- Gather requirements and work closely with Sales & Customer Success teams
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in customer data
- Document data flows, definitions, and analytics processes
