Role Overview:-
- Infosys BPM is looking for Process Executives to support day-to-day business operations while ensuring adherence to customer SLAs and process guidelines.
- This role is ideal for recent graduates seeking to start their career in the BPO and operations domain.
Qualifications:-
- BBA
- B.Com
- 15 years of education must be completed
- Graduation pass-out years: 2022 to 2025 only
- Postgraduates or candidates pursuing post-graduation are not eligible
Preferred Skills:-
- Data Handling / Data Processing
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
Technical & Professional Requirements:-
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to work in rotational / night shifts (24×7)
- Knowledge of Banking / Mortgage / Insurance domain is a plus
- Mortgage domain knowledge is an added advantage
- Flexible and open to process and system changes
Key Responsibilities:-
- Deliver daily process targets in line with customer SLAs
- Execute transactions as per defined guidelines and timelines
- Follow governance mechanisms established with the client
- Work as per assigned client shift timings
- Adapt to changes in work methods or systems to improve performance
