Role Overview:-
Seeking a Data & Analytics Specialist within the ABB Motion Business Area to join the Risk & Internal Controls team. You will help drive the successful development and implementation of data-driven process insights, analytics, and outlier detection using SQL and process mining tools. Your work will enable early risk identification, compliance monitoring, and intelligent decision-making through actionable insights.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Informatics, Computer/Information Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in data & analytics, process mining, or technology consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Process Mining software (Celonis preferred; UiPath Process Mining, QPR, AI tools are a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven risk prevention.
- Knowledge of SAP and other non-ERP systems (Salesforce, Concur, order management systems) is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is desirable.
Skills & Competencies:-

- Ability to extract insights from complex datasets
- Effective communication and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage strategic data and process mining developments in Celonis for the Motion Risk & Internal Controls function globally.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and identify required data for development.
- Design, develop, implement, test, and validate analytics use cases, reports, and dashboards.
- Monitor, document, and improve implemented use cases while building a library of best practices.
- Conduct end-user training on Celonis and analytics functionalities.
- Facilitate business value workshops to identify process inefficiencies and quantify operational/financial impact.
- Innovate in detecting and managing outliers with a focus on risk prevention.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven process improvements.
