Role Overview:-
- As a Trainee – EIT Engineering, you will be part of DP World’s Global Service Centre supporting marine and offshore engineering projects. You will gain hands-on exposure to Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecom (EICT) design activities for large-scale offshore and energy projects.
Qualifications:-
B.E / B.Tech in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
CGPA above 6/10 with no backlogs
Strong fundamentals in core engineering subjects
Skills Required:-
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- AutoCAD skills (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail and quality orientation
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Exposure to offshore / energy / renewables projects is a plus
Key Responsibilities:-
- Support Electrical, Telecom & Instrumentation design for marine/offshore projects
- Prepare Single Line Diagrams, Load Analysis, layouts, calculations, MTOs & schedules
- Work on basic, detailed & production engineering deliverables
- Apply advanced 3D modeling tools such as E3D and CADMatic
- Collaborate with global teams, shipyards, clients, and vendors
- Assist in design development for offshore energy, renewables, FPSO, rigs & HVDC platforms
