Role Overview:-
- Kroll is looking for dynamic Trainees to join its Restructuring Team. In this role, you will support clients across distressed and complex situations, working on administrations, liquidations, CVAs, and advisory assignments.
- You’ll gain hands-on exposure to real-world restructuring engagements across industries while collaborating with global professionals.
Qualifications:-
MBA – Systems / Finance / Data & Analytics
B.E / B.Tech (Engineering)
- Computer Science
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Mechanical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
Chartered Accountant (CA)
Cost & Management Accountant (CMA / ICWA)
Preferred Skills:-
- Power BI or other BI tools (dashboarding & data modeling)
- Excel Macros / VBA for automation
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Data integration & workflow automation experience
- Financial, accounting, and analytical aptitude
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and in teams
Key Responsibilities:-
- Use internal systems to prepare regulatory-compliant letters, forms, and case documentation
- Handle written and telephonic correspondence professionally and timely
- Liaise with creditors, employees, directors, solicitors, and collection agents
- Assist in asset realization activities and case administration
- Collate data and support preparation of reports
- Manage assigned cases and workloads independently
- Update line managers on progress and milestones
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Travel to client sites when required
