About the Role:-

You will assist in resolving IT-related issues, provide timely updates, and escalate complex problems to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:-

High School diploma or GED required.
Generally, less than 1 year of experience in IT support or related responsibilities.

Perform routine IT support duties under guidance, including:

𝐏𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦- 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐌𝐍𝐂'𝐬

Assisting users with first-line support to restore functionality.
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues using remote access tools.
Escalating complex issues to 2nd and 3rd level resolver teams.
Coordinating and fulfilling end-user service requests, including software installation and user administration tasks.
Manage tickets to closure and provide users with status updates.
Learn and comply with Service Desk, desktop, peripheral, connectivity, and security policies and procedures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Service Desk knowledge base.
Deliver results in alignment with the organization’s SLAs.
Assist with special projects as assigned.
