Amazon is seeking a Business Analyst Support – AOP to strengthen its Analytics & Operations team.
The role focuses on reporting, automation, dashboarding, and analytical problem-solving to drive business decisions and operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications:-

1+ year experience in Data Analytics / Automation
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Strong knowledge of SQL and Advanced MS Excel
Hands-on experience with:
SQL / Python / R
Data extraction & pipelining
Table joins & aggregate functions
Visualization tools: QuickSight / Tableau / Power BI

Preferred Qualifications:-

Experience working with Linux and AWS Services

Key Responsibilities:-

Design, develop, and maintain business metrics, dashboards, reports, and analytical models
Maintain and refresh Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and analytical frameworks
Build ad-hoc and standard reports for operations stakeholders
Perform deep-dive analysis to identify root causes of business issues
Ensure high data accuracy through validation and quality checks
Automate and enhance existing reporting processes
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
Develop innovative analytical solutions and improve existing frameworks
Translate analytical insights into actionable business outcomes
