About the Role:-
- Looking for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic and forward-looking team. This is a critical role supporting the bank’s objectives of customer advocacy and process excellence.
- You’ll help capture, document, and analyse business and system requirements, working closely with stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and internal teams to inform future-state designs.

Qualifications:-
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis.
- Business Analyst certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Business, IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related disciplines).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in delivering business analysis within technology or IT functions.
Skills & Competencies:-
- Business Analysis Skills: Experience applying business analysis tools and techniques in technology/IT functions.
- Technical Skills: Excel (including macros), queries, databases, Oracle, SQL, SQLDeveloper, data model creation, FSD creation, ServiceNow.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong client engagement, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Process Knowledge: Understanding of end-to-end application decommissioning, records management, legal processes, retention policies, and retention periods.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements aligned with strategic objectives.
- Interact with customers, key stakeholders, and team members to gather functional and non-functional needs.
- Analyse existing system documentation to summarise functionality relevant to the current project.
- Support the identification of team priorities based on customer, stakeholder, and team feedback.
- Build, manage, and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Assist in the creation of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), data models, and reports.
- Support business and IT teams in understanding requirements and their alignment to overall domain strategy.
