Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or related roles.
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Experience in buying programs, sales operations, or order management.
- Familiarity with workflow management or ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of Cisco internal processes and systems (preferred but not required).
Skills Required:-
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:-
Provisioning Tracker Setup, Data Management, and Reporting
- Establish and maintain trackers to monitor provisioning activities.
- Manage data integrity and ensure accurate entry of provisioning information.
- Generate timely and insightful reports for internal stakeholders.
SharePoint Document Organization and Standardization
- Design and maintain a standardized filing system for team documents.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
Provisioning Orchestration Facilitation
- Support the BPLO Specialist in coordinating the provisioning process.
- Monitor order statuses, track subscription activations, and manage Justification Forms.
Large Deal Tracker and Template Management
- Update and maintain tools and templates for tracking large deals (e.g., WPA pre/post tracker, Top Deals, BE Templates).
- Manage and report on quarterly WPA counts and QBR numbers.
Buying Program Deal Analysis
- Conduct deal volume and value analysis to support decision-making.
- Provide actionable insights through structured reports.
Workflow Issue (WLI) Troubleshooting and Resolution
- Act as the primary contact for identifying and resolving workflow issues related to buying programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quick resolution and continuous process improvements.
Example Responsibilities in Action:-
- Launch a new provisioning tracker for a quarterly buying program.
- Organize legacy deal documents into a structured SharePoint library.
- Analyze large deal data to identify trends for quarterly business reviews.
- Troubleshoot subscription activation workflow issues.
