About the Role:-
- Looking for a Senior Analyst with strong expertise in the Quote to Cash (Q2C) process to join our Global Business Operations team.
- The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Order Management, SPM, AR, Cloud Ops, and Provisioning, along with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- This role requires a proactive professional who can handle escalations, drive process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver excellence.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Graduate in Business / Commerce / IT / Engineering preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quote to Cash, Order Management, SPM, AR, or Provisioning.
- Experience with SPM, OPC, TAS Knowledge, CPQ, IB, OKS, or Service Contracts applications is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Fusion Business Intelligence tools is preferred.
- Must be flexible to work in shifts.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
Key Skills:-
- Strong knowledge of the Quote to Cash process.
- Advanced business communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and deliver results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Provide expert process knowledge support on Provisioning, Terminations, Customer Data, and related areas.
- Manage end-to-end escalations until closure.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify process gaps, reporting insights back to the business.
- Guide and mentor team members on non-standard cases.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships while promoting customer-centric behavior.
- Collaborate across functions to deliver on shared objectives and leverage insights for future improvements.
- Maintain strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Order Mgmt, SPM, AR, Cloud Ops, and Provisioning.
- Support reporting and data analysis, with exposure to Fusion Business Intelligence as an advantage.
