About the Role:-
- Deloitte’s USI Learning Delivery team is seeking a dynamic Analyst – Learning Delivery to support the planning, coordination, and execution of learning programs across business lines including Audit, Advisory, Tax, Consulting, and Enabling Areas.
- This role blends stakeholder management, operations, analytics, and process excellence within a collaborative corporate environment.
Qualifications:-
- BBA – Business Administration / HR / Operations
- B.Com – Commerce / Finance
- BA – Economics / Psychology / Management
- B.Sc – Statistics / Mathematics / Data
- MBA / PGDM – HR / Operations / Management
- M.Com / M.Sc / MA (relevant disciplines)
Required Skills:-
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong data analysis & reporting skills
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to leadership
Key Responsibilities:-
Learning & Stakeholder Support
- Partner with USI Talent L&D teams to plan and execute learning programs
- Act as advisor/consultant for internal stakeholders
- Schedule regular stakeholder connects & manage SLAs
- Monitor program effectiveness and propose improvements
- Prepare learning dashboards, reports, and metrics
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions
Process & Operations
- Develop SOPs, checklists, and FAQ documentation
- Manage program delivery with full ownership and accountability
- Ensure accuracy, timelines, and high-quality outputs
- Gain exposure to learning platforms such as SABA, NextGen
Team Collaboration
- Support team members in meeting program goals
- Perform quality checks before final delivery
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices
- Maintain high productivity through effective prioritization
