Job Overview:-
- The Associate Product Analyst / Manager (APM) will collaborate closely with U.S.-based Product Managers to support portfolio strategy, market positioning, and product lifecycle initiatives.
- The role ensures consistent messaging across global regions while supporting MarCom and sales enablement activities.
Required Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field
- 4–8 years of experience in product-related roles
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial business environments (preferred)
Key Skills & Competencies:-
- Strong collaboration abilities across product, marketing, and leadership teams
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong stakeholder communication and feedback interpretation skills
- Good organizational and multitasking capabilities
Technical Knowledge & Tools:-
- Understanding of product technologies, technical terminology & engineering drawings
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, CPQ, PCM/PDH systems
- Strong ability to manage product data and marketing documentation
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and competitive research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:-
MarCom & Sales Enablement
- Manage and update product content on Eaton.com with accurate specifications, collateral, and images
- Maintain content accuracy and support rebranding activities
- Conduct competitive intelligence and develop product cross-reference tools
- Perform portfolio gap analysis for product roadmapping and market positioning
Product Management
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) including data loads, collateral preparation, and product activation
- Assist in End-of-Life (EOL) transition through inventory tracking, SKU rationalization, and system alignment
- Respond to technical data inquiries (PDH/STIBBO) as required
- Collaborate with SIOP teams to analyze demand forecasts and optimize stock levels
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct market analysis using research sources to identify industry opportunities and risks
- Perform financial analysis to track product line performance and trends
