Role Overview:-
- The Quality Control Manager will establish and oversee quality processes and frameworks in customer support operations, ensuring consistent, scalable, and efficient delivery.
- The role involves driving process standardization, re-engineering workflows, and tracking performance outcomes to ensure measurable business impact across multiple delivery regions.
Minimum Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing warehousing, supply chain, or customer support operations.
- 5 years of experience supervising and managing third-party logistics relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:-
- MBA or other Master’s degree.
- Certification in Operations Six Sigma, COPC, LEAN, or other relevant operational methodologies.
- 5 years of experience analyzing data to generate business insights for decision-making.
- Experience in data center logistics.
- Knowledge of SQL, data analytics, and reporting.
- Understanding of digital marketing and programmatic advertising fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement quality control processes, frameworks, and measures, tracking outcomes and scaling successes.
- Identify and address root causes of problems in process design and execution to ensure optimal business impact.
- Lead process re-engineering initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Drive standardization across delivery regions, ensuring consistent experiences, KPI achievement, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, manage risks, and communicate progress effectively.
- Utilize data analysis to generate insights that guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
