Role Overview:-
As a Senior Business Analyst – Agentic AI, you will bridge business operations and AI engineering teams to identify, define, and deliver agentic AI and autonomous process automation solutions.
The role focuses on process discovery, requirements engineering, AI workflow design, governance, testing, adoption, and value realization. You will ensure AI solutions are feasible, secure, governed, auditable, and business-ready.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Identify and prioritize business processes suitable for agentic automation
- Assess automation opportunities based on business value, feasibility, and risk
- Conduct process discovery and readiness assessments
- Create detailed As-Is and To-Be process maps
- Define agent roles, responsibilities, handoffs, and orchestration logic
- Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Document API, UI automation, document intake, and system integration requirements
- Design Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) checkpoints for high-risk actions
- Define confidence thresholds, guardrails, and audit requirements
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, IT, Data, and Engineering teams
- Define enterprise knowledge, data quality, lineage, and access requirements
- Lead UAT planning, scenario design, exception testing, and acceptance validation
- Support change management, training, communication, and adoption initiatives
- Define KPIs including touchless rate, cycle time, accuracy, and exception rate
- Track business value and benefits realization
- Analyze production exceptions and recommend workflow improvements
- Maintain process documentation and optimization backlogs
