Qualification:-

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience & Skills Required:-

3+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics.
Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx for data preparation and analytics.
Advanced SQL skills for working with large datasets.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:-

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize HR data and provide actionable insights.
Utilize Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics to support HR decision-making processes.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that enhance talent management strategies.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving HR processes and outcomes.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while adhering to best practices and company policies.
Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
