Role Overview:-

The Customer Support professional will manage distributor channel interactions (Banks, National Distributors, IFAs) and ensure high mind share for HSBC’s investment products.
The role involves handling customer and distributor queries, monitoring service quality, supervising CC teams, and supporting sales and distribution objectives through excellent customer service.

Required Skills & Experience:-

Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in the Mutual Fund industry.
NISM-Series-V-A Mutual Fund Distributors Certification with a valid certificate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and decision-making ability.
Experience in customer interface roles.
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities:-

Review and resolve customer/distributor complaints and queries received via phone or email, including escalations to senior management.
Ensure timely response and closure of all queries and requests.
Analyze NPS and CSAT surveys and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
Deliver MIS and reports on monthly complaints and activities in a timely manner.
Conduct quality analysis of CC agent interactions and provide feedback and training to maintain service standards per SLA.
Supervise the CAMS CC team, ensuring proper onboarding and training for new joiners.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of complaints and track preventive and corrective actions.
