Role Overview:-

  • The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring the success of assigned customer accounts post-sale, driving adoption, and delivering value through the MindTickle platform.
  • The role involves building strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders, advising on strategic initiatives, and using a metrics-driven approach to monitor customer health and proactively intervene to maximize outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:-

  • Experience in the SaaS industry and familiarity with customer success tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of EMEA and North American business practices is a plus.

Required Skills & Experience:-

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar client-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building relationships with senior-level stakeholders, understanding business goals, metrics, and challenges.
  • Experience managing multi-group or global accounts with evolving products.
  • Highly analytical, with experience using data-driven dashboards and reports.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues before escalation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, personable, humble, and results-oriented, with a willingness to do what it takes to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, driving adoption, outcomes, renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Build ongoing relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and showcase MindTickle’s impact.
  • Advise customers on strategic and program planning to ensure alignment of MindTickle with business objectives.
  • Track and monitor client usage, milestones, value, and health metrics; intervene proactively as needed.
  • Demonstrate MindTickle platform features and support customers in exploring new use cases.
  • Conduct business reviews, sharing activity, outcomes, data insights, and value.
  • Develop customer success plans and nurture internal champions to serve as references and advocates.
  • Keep clients informed about product enhancements and advocate for their needs with the Product Management team.
  • Recommend and sell add-on Professional Services to enhance the customer’s use of MindTickle.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment among CSM, Sales, Professional Services, and Tech Support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
