Qualification:-
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
Technical skills:-

Role Responsibilities:-
Collections BAU (Business-As-Usual)
- Manage daily allocations to the collection team.
- Prepare and publish daily and monthly MIS reports.
- Track Daily Resolution Rate (DRR) across FTE, TC, Field, and Agency.
- Develop new reports and enhance usability of existing ones.
- Automate and optimize MIS reporting.
- Publish weekly/monthly MIS & PPTs to stakeholders and regional teams.
Collection Analytics
- Develop and maintain a Collections Strategy document covering all bank-wide collection activities.
- Analyze data and implement collection strategies with DCAs.
- Continuously improve collection processes and strategies.
- Apply advanced analytics & statistical modelling to drive insights.
- Analyze structured/unstructured data to uncover trends and generate actionable insights.
- Break down loss forecasts into collection roll rates and recovery rates.
- Track Account-to-Collection Ratios (ACR) to optimize performance.
- Conduct segmentation analysis and deploy bucket-specific strategies.
- Design Champion vs Challenger programs with cost-benefit analysis to maximize resolution rates.
- Perform both quantitative and qualitative account analysis.
- Develop, implement, and monitor collection strategies in collaboration with strategy support teams.
- Automate processes, data flows, and models to boost efficiency.
- Improve loss forecasting accuracy through analytics.
- Create effective customer segmentation strategies, including behavioral-based contact approaches.
- Ensure compliance by applying individualized collection strategies in line with regulatory requirements.
