Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager for DevOps to lead performance and scalability initiatives for Teamcenter.
This role will drive strategy, oversee testing and optimization, and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that Teamcenter delivers world-class performance, stability, and scalability for global customers.

Required Qualifications:-

Proven experience leading engineering teams, preferably in performance or DevOps roles
Strong background in performance engineering, load testing, and scalability analysis
Expertise with architecture reviews, design patterns, and performance optimization
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team development skills
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Experience in PLM software, Teamcenter, or large-scale enterprise applications is a plus

Key Responsibilities:-

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of performance and scalability engineers
Define and execute the performance and scalability strategy for Teamcenter
Oversee design, execution, and analysis of performance, load, and scalability tests
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across client, application server, database, and network layers
Provide guidance on architecture, design patterns, and best practices to ensure built-in performance
Drive selection, implementation, and enhancement of performance testing tools and automation frameworks
Collaborate with Product Management, Development, QA, and Customer Support teams
Engage with customers and field teams to understand real-world performance challenges
Establish and report on KPIs and metrics to track Teamcenter performance
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance engineering
