Role Overview:-
As a Quality Analyst Executive, you will support quality assurance processes by executing test cases, validating business workflows, and ensuring the quality of insurance applications. This is an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in functional, E2E, and integration testing.
Educational Requirements:-
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• B.Tech / BE (CS, IT, ECE, etc.)
• B.Sc (Computer Science / IT)
• MCA or equivalent (Preferred)
Key Skills:-
• Basic knowledge of Manual Testing
• Understanding of SDLC / STLC
• Functional Testing concepts
• Defect tracking tools (JIRA or similar)
• Analytical & Problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Execute test cases for functional and workflow validation
• Validate end-to-end (E2E) insurance processes (Policy, Claims, Billing)
• Support integration testing and data flow validation across systems
• Identify, document, and report defects clearly
• Assist in test data setup and environment preparation
• Participate in Agile activities (daily stand-ups, sprint testing)
• Maintain test reports and documentation
• Support regression testing cycles
• Collaborate with senior team members for requirement understanding
Domain Exposure (Good to Have):-
• Basic knowledge of Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Billing)
• Understanding of business workflows and system interactions
AI & Modern Testing Exposure:-
• Use AI tools for test case writing and documentation
• Willingness to learn automation testing tools
• Exposure to API testing or SQL is a plus
Experience & Eligibility:-
• 0–1 year of experience
• Freshers can apply
• Internship/project experience in testing preferred
