Role Overview:-

Deloitte is seeking a Talent Business Analyst (Operations) to support and enhance Talent Services delivery by stabilizing and expanding the adoption of its HRIS systems.
This role is critical to improving operational efficiency and strengthening Deloitte’s talent strategy execution.

Qualifications:-

Required Education

MBA or Master’s in HR (Tier 3 Business Schools)

Experience

3–5 years in HR Operations / Business Analysis / Talent Operations

Preferred Skills:-

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and process orientation
Ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment

Key Responsibilities:-

Own all Talent Operations processes and act as the central knowledge resource
Define and maintain quality & compliance standards across operations
Serve as primary contact for HR tools & automation solutions
Develop documentation, SLAs, and troubleshooting procedures
Ensure user adoption through training programs, surveys, and continuous support
Review processes, reports, and tool usage to enhance efficiency
Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement areas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CoEs / CTS) to support system enhancements
