Role Overview:-

Genpact is seeking a Business Analyst to join its high-impact Analytics Enablement team.
This role focuses on delivering strategic insights and data-driven solutions, enabling customer-centric innovation across Retail, FMCG/CPG, and brand initiatives using advanced analytics and AI-driven methodologies.

Qualifications:-

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Statistics
- Mathematics
- B.Tech / Engineering

Preferred Qualification

Strong Data Analytics background
Experience in Retail / CPG / FMCG / General Merchandise domains
